This website is hosted by an external service provider (host: Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This may include, among other things, IP addresses, contact requests, metadata and communication data, and access data.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing users (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of this online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses).

3. General notes and mandatory information

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with me until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you submit a legitimate request for erasure or withdraw consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless there are other legally permissible reasons for storing it.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

4. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me or the host. These are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • hostname of the accessing computer
  • time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the optimization of his website — for this, the server log files must be collected.

5. Affiliate links / sales partnership

On the product page, I refer to products from PM International AG, of which I am a registered sales partner. If you click on such a link and then purchase a product, the respective provider may set cookies or comparable technologies in order to attribute the purchase to my recommendation and to settle a commission. I have no influence on this data processing by the respective provider; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

6. Contact by email

If you send me inquiries by email, your details, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I do not pass on this data without your consent. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing the inquiry) or — insofar as it concerns the initiation of a contract — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to:

  • free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure of your data stored by me (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • objection to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
